I was born and raised in Maineville Ohio along with 2 brothers. Started fishing farm ponds around the age of 6 and caught the fishing bug early on in life. My Grandpa bought an aluminum boat when I was 16 and we would hit the local lakes when he could. Around the age of 19 I bought my first boat and a few years later started fishing open tournaments and joined a club. Since then I had a short stint in Red Man Mountain Division and a bunch of open Tournaments up and down the eastern side of the Mississippi. I moved to Texas in 1998 where I took a job at Lockheed Martin in Ft. Worth as a Industrial Electronics tech building the F 35 fighter jet. My favorite way to fish is with soft plastics and finesse jigs. I own a Ranger Z520 and I run Hummingbirds and Talons. My home lakes are Fork and Benbrook for bass, and Sardis, Enid, and Grenada in Mississippi for the Spring crappie spawn. My honey of 14 years says I am a tackle junkie with a tackle store in my barn in which Flatlands Custom Tackle has aided in stocking!
