I have these available in 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 oz. The 1/4 oz comes with a Stout Mustad 3/0 Hook. The 3/8 oz comes with a 4/0 and the 1/2 comes with a 5/0 Hook. They are available either painted or unpainted. Really nice head for those that would like to build their own Bladed Swim Jigs. Painted heads are Powder Coated, baked and then clear coated using a 2 part epoxy. Very tough and durable finish.
