I offer these either Painted or Unpainted for those that would like to build their own jigs. The 1/4 oz comes with a 4/0 Hook. The 3/8 and 1/2 oz comes with a 5/0. Very nice swim jig that also comes with a wire bait keeper to hold all of your trailers on. All Unpainted heads will come without eyes and weed guards. My painting process includes powder painting, baking and then clearing coating with a very tough 2-part epoxy.
