These are done on Mustad Hooks and they come 2 to a pack. I have these available in 4/0, 6/0 and 8/0 Hooks. The 4/0 hooks are available in weights 3/16, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 oz. The 6/0 and 8/0 Hooks are available in weights 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 oz.
